Access Rx can provide hospice patients with standard or customizable comfort kits to treat end of life symptoms. The selection of medications and doses is based on the patient's individual needs, medical history, and symptoms. It is our duty to provide compassionate end-of-life care that emphasizes comfort, dignity, and pain relief - the comfort kit is an important tool in achieving these goals.

When it comes to healthcare, there is no such thing as 9-5 Monday thru Friday - An emergency can happen at any moment, especially for those who are terminally ill receiving end of life care.
Access Rx will provide you with not only our regular business hours, but in addition an after hours service to make sure at the time of an emergency your patients are not left unattended.
